Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager, Business Partnering to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and support to our global IT function, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Drive financial performance and manage budgets for the global IT corporate function
- Implement a global financial framework to monitor costs from a regional to a global view
- Provide financial analysis and insights to global IT leaders to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proven track record of driving IT financial performance and achieving results
The following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion accounting system and HFM Hyperion consolidation system
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
