At FUCHS Lubricants Co., we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Specialist. As a key member of our global business, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that will expand your experience and challenge your abilities in the global marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct field trials to assess new product performance and provide detailed reports.
  • Address technical issues and act as a liaison between customers and our lab.
  • Work with sales on projects, identify new product needs, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Specialize in industrial fluids and greases for various industrial segments and provide application input for new product development projects.
  • Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions to support sales campaigns and proposals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.
  • Bi-lingual in both French and English.
