About the Role
FUCHS Lubricants Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service and Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to our customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field trials and assessments of new products to ensure their performance and quality meet customer expectations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and application of our lubrication solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new product needs and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our industrial fluids and greases, including their applications, benefits, and limitations.
- Support sales campaigns and proposals by providing technical expertise and product recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in lubricants, with a strong background in technical sales and support.
- Bi-lingual in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Certified Lubrication Specialist (STLE) is a plus.
