About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at Children Believe Fund. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Generalist
    • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management and employees
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
    • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Talent Acquisition Specialist
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source, screen, and select candidates for open positions
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview plans
    • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hire
  • Employee Experience Manager
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Manage employee recognition and reward programs
  • Organizational Development Specialist
    • Develop and implement organizational change management initiatives
    • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or organizational development
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
    • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software
