Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Generalist
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management and employees
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
- Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and select candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview plans
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hire
- Employee Experience Manager
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee recognition and reward programs
- Organizational Development Specialist
- Develop and implement organizational change management initiatives
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement

- Education

- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software

- Salary range: $71,000 - $81,000 per year
