People Operations Specialist

About This RoleThe People Operations Partner will provide expert guidance and support to leaders, managers, and associates across multiple countries on all People-related topics. This includes resolving employee relations issues, advising on HR-related matters and policies, and collaborating with teams across the HR function and wider business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on case management issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead employee relations case management, including underperformance, disciplinary, cross-border, grievance, and sickness absence cases.
- Execute business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Support HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence in delivering cyclical HR processes, such as talent management and rewards.
