About This RoleThe People Operations Partner will provide expert guidance and support to leaders, managers, and associates across multiple countries on all People-related topics. This includes resolving complex employee relations issues and advising leaders on HR-related matters and policies. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the HR function and the wider business to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of case management issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead the management of employee relations cases, including underperformance, disciplinary, cross-border, grievance, and sickness absence.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver cyclical HR processes, such as talent management and rewards.
- Support the execution of business change projects and in-country initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
