Your Role: Senior Security Analyst, Customer Trust

">
  • You will engage directly with customers to answer their security, privacy, and compliance questions, focusing on trust-related topics.
  • You'll complete security and privacy questionnaires for Global Relay customers and prospects, providing expertise for RFPs with in-depth security questions.
  • Assist Sales, Customer Success, and other support teams with customer security and privacy questions, supporting prospect calls where security and privacy expertise are required.
  • Work closely with the Security team to address customer security findings, contributing to customer-facing documentation of the Global Relay security and privacy programs.
  • Conduct annual reviews of high-risk Global Relay vendors, collaborating with the Lead, Customer Trust.

Requirements:

">
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, vendor risk, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and controls, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in software or IT.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, ability to translate complex technical topics into polished and concise writing.
  • Independent worker who can manage multiple projects without supervision, able to research and understand unfamiliar technical concepts.
  • Close attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

Compensation Details

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per annum, based on location and experience.
