Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2272825 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor store entrances and exits, and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
