We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Roots. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand values and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising products and maintaining store standards.
- Operations: Perform point of sale transactions, receive shipments, and perform other operational tasks as required.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in apparel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
