Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Gold Leaf Truck Lines Inc. in a permanent role. As an essential member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, managing data, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Experience

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with experience in supporting newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities. The selected individual must participate in government or community programs that support these groups.

  • Possess strong organisational and communication skills

What We Offer

Gold Leaf Truck Lines Inc. offers competitive salaries based on experience. For this role, we anticipate a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect to work 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
