Food Service Manager

Boston Pizza St. Paul is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment.
