Food Service Manager

Boston Pizza St. Paul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, promoting a positive and productive team culture.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates, to ensure accurate financial management.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical demands of the job include walking, standing, and lifting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
