Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tri Pac Restaurants Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility and initiative
