Food Service Manager

Boston Pizza St. Paul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring seamless operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain high-quality food standards.
