About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Rainbow General Contracting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete finishing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 cement finishers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in concrete finishing and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
