Associate, Credit Management Specialist

What is the Opportunity?We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Credit Management team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing an industry-specific portfolio of Corporate Client Group (CCG) Borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage credit risk associated with syndicated and bilateral loan facilities and trading derivative lines.
- Prepare credit amendments, annual reviews, and review loan documentation.
- Actively follow the business and financial performance of borrowers in your portfolio.
- Identify and assess deteriorating risk situations through credit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with loan agreements and verify performance against financial covenants.
- Build relationships and interact extensively with other functions within the organization.
- Strong credit, analytical, and technical skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex legal documents.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
