Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Canadiana Restaurant & Banquet Hall. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement of this role.
