About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure and Security projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards and SDLC throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation
  • Control and monitor project progress
  • Manage resources and budget
  • Other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office applications, including Project
  • Proven experience in delivering successful projects in infrastructure and/or security
  • Experience in managing long-term strategic programs for infrastructure and/or security
  • Experience with PMO best practices
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking, excellent listening skills, and clear communication
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset with a keen sense of judgment to balance patience with urgency
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and make sound judgments where concentration is required
  • Must understand priorities and base actions on short- and long-term business needs
