Job Description:

As an Electrical Estimator Senior, you will be responsible for estimating, analyzing, and evaluating large electrical projects in the transportation sector in Quebec. Your main tasks will include:

  • Preparing and submitting bids, including reading and analyzing plans, specifications, and addenda;
  • Calculating quantities and participating in the development of construction methods;
  • Obtaining and analyzing prices from subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Creating and managing project schedules and budgets;
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and constraints;
  • Developing and implementing project solutions;
  • Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Performing other related tasks as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical estimation and project management;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software;
  • Valid driver's license and ASP card;
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
