Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory, ensuring client standards are met and sales volumes are increased.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to drive sales growth and increase in-store visibility of client products and promotions.
  • Develop and execute action plans to support a positive brand image and meet sales goals.
  • Ensure products are always available by maintaining merchandising and display standards.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies to drive product positioning and awareness.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by increasing sales volumes and expanding product offerings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers at all personnel levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, elevated sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Strength working independently, but also as a member of a team.
  • General computer skills/understanding and daily Internet accessibility.
