Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - Gillian Fintelman. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
