Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
