Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity.
