Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback and coaching
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implement plans to drive sales growth
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
You will be responsible for supervising 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically capable of performing tasks that may involve standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
Personal Suitability:We are looking for a team player who is able to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
