Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible deals for our restaurant.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of quality and service, and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- Fluent in English.
- 40 hours per week.
