What You'll Do

As a Training & Design Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our Planning & Allocation team
  • Developing and implementing instructional design solutions that drive business results
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  • Providing coaching and feedback to associates to support their development and growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of two years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or distribution environment
  • Strong instructional design skills and experience with adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with training delivery methods, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning
