About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning/AI Scientist to join our Product and Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI and machine learning models to improve customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for natural language processing, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and other AI applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques and tools to enhance our capabilities.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver against backlog of projects, enhancements, and bugs/issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, and/or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce API's.
