We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Home Financing Product team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services.
- Manage product risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on product development and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field, such as business development, marketing, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial credit, including product design and functionality.
- Experience working with retail and business product fundamentals, including process coordination and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
