Job Title: Junior IT Business Analyst

Tilray Brands is a leading global cannabis-lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company with operations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and Latin America. We are seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Junior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for incident triage, managing system access, and assisting the Business Applications team with larger initiatives. This role will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and prioritize incoming incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage and grant system access permissions for users in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and resolve access-related issues.
  • Document and track incidents and access requests, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist the Business Applications team in the planning and execution of larger initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of business process documentation.
  • Provide support and training to users on access management and incident resolution processes.
  • Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on incident management, access control, and project activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of incident management and access control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
