Job Title: Residential Sales Associate

CertaPro Painters of Hamilton, ON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the residential painting industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide on-site consultations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Close sales and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Collect and manage accounts receivable
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in in-home sales within the home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with good negotiation skills
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and energetic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
