  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide on-site consultations to customers, presenting customized solutions and proposals
  • Close sales successfully, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage customer relationships, resolving complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Collect and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment
  • Stay up-to-date with customer information and communication, capturing data in our software
  • Effectively prioritize and manage the sales cycle, converting leads into sales
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, driving business growth
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, reporting to the manager
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in in-home sales within the home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, able to set, meet, and exceed sales targets
  • Project, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, with good negotiation skills
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and energetic
  • Good computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM knowledge (an asset)
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability to work full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends
