Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Healthcare Administrative Coordinator. This position is part of the Facility & Support Centralized team within WRHA Community Health Services.
Job DescriptionAs a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for Community Health programs. This includes:
- Switchboard/reception duties
- Word processing and data entry tasks
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail or fax documents
- Photocopying, filing, and records maintenance
- Statistical data collection and monitoring
- Distributing office or medical supplies
- Booking appointments and meeting rooms
You will work closely with the Manager, Facility and Support Services or Manager, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain a respectful work environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two years of related experience in administration or a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills and switchboard/reception experience
- Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A strong understanding of record-keeping and statistics
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computerized programs
