About the Role:
As an Expert AI Product Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of finance. You will lead our work in Capital Markets, leveraging your expertise in AI and machine learning to deliver cutting-edge products that drive business impact.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
• Conduct market research and user testing to understand customer needs and pain points, using insights to inform product development;
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products;
• Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative thinking and experimentation;
• Champion a test-and-learn approach, promoting the use of data to drive decision-making;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or MBA is a plus;
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products;
• Proven track record of successfully shipping products that users love and drive business impact;
• Strong background in AI technologies and their application in product development;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Deep customer empathy and a user-centric approach to product development;
