Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have at least x1 year experience managing a busy high-volume bar and excellent leadership, training, and team-building skills.
Key responsibilities include overseeing site management, running busy shifts, and handling P&L management, stock control, meeting targets, and submitting reports.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
