Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technical support analysts in resolving customer issues and improving overall customer experience
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the technical support team
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support role, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
