Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve technical support processes
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Availability to work 30-35 hours per week
