About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and sales growth.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow your business through delivering elevated client experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Desired Qualifications

  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
