We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer experience management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information on travel options and availability.
- Utilize sales techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Research and provide information on travel rates, destinations, and packages to customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process calls to achieve or exceed established daily metrics, while maintaining an average talk time consistent with business needs.
- Meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- College or some college degree (preferred)
- Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing, and service experience (required)
- Two years of corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required)
- One-year international booking experience
