Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information on travel options and availability.
  • Utilize sales techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Research and provide information on travel rates, destinations, and packages to customers.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Process calls to achieve or exceed established daily metrics, while maintaining an average talk time consistent with business needs.
  • Meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent (required)
  • College or some college degree (preferred)
  • Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing, and service experience (required)
  • Two years of corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required)
  • One-year international booking experience
