Travel Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer experience management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their travel-related inquiries, and selling travel options to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information and solutions to their travel-related queries.
- Utilize our GDS platform to research travel rates, destinations, and options for customers.
- Effectively turn customer inquiries into sales, meeting revenue and close rate goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior experience for our customers.
- Accurately track and report call types and service issues.

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (required).
- Two years of customer sales, upsales, telemarketing, and service experience (required).
- Two years of corporate or leisure travel industry experience (required).
