Senior Internal Controls Auditor

Tilray Brands is a leading global cannabis-lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Controls Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute audit engagements to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes
  • Conduct risk control matrix assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Maintain ownership of audit files and ensure compliance with department standards
  • Contribute to recommendations for improvements to information technology and business processes
  • Provide regular reporting on testing progress and issues encountered
Requirements:
  • Professional accounting and/or audit designation (CISA or CIA) with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT audit procedures
  • Knowledge of ICFR (NI 52-109), IFRS, COSO framework, and IT governance standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work primarily remotely, with occasional travel
