Job Summary
This 0.60 FTE Research Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Partnership for Work, Health and Safety's (The Partnership) mixed-methods studies assessing workers' health and safety experiences in various industries across Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with our research team, statisticians, analysts, programmers, researchers, and faculty to evaluate health and safety management programs and inform policy changes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Research Assistant, you will perform routine tasks in data collection and preparation, assist in developing materials for recruitment and data documentation, and participate in team meetings. You will also support the preparation of reports, policy briefs, publications, and presentations, and ensure timely notification to the Principal Investigator and Director of Privacy and Operations regarding any issues or problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to enhancing their awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and be willing to respect diverse perspectives, including those in conflict with their own.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $49,611 - $55,070 CAD per year, based on a 0.60 FTE appointment.
