Job Title: Food Service Staff

Rhea Food Services Limited is seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Staff to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for service.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, serving customers, and handling customer complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, as well as maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
