Job Title: Management Development Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Program. As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a comprehensive 5-phased program to learn every aspect of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to employee development and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a 5-phased program to learn and develop skills in warehouse logistics, counter sales, inside sales, outside sales, and supervision
  • Develop strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship programs
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Valid driver's license
