Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
- Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 32 hours per week
