About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at SR Roshan Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and receive merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
    • Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash handling and sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Ability to work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
    • Flexibility, initiative, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
    • Permanent employment, with a 30-40 hour workweek.
    • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of business operations.
