About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at SR Roshan Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to address any challenges.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
