Job Title: Assistant Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Buyer to join our team at Robin's Auto Parts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and managing inventory to meet business needs
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing market trends and making recommendations to improve purchasing strategies
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
