About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control our food costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
