Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at 24 HRS SSR AUTO TOWING INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our dispatch team, ensuring efficient and effective communication with our drivers and customers. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • More than 20 people in supervisory capacity
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
