Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at 24 HRS SSR AUTO TOWING INC.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our dispatch team, ensuring that all towing operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dispatch or supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
